Expertise

I have worked 33 years at the law firm Castrén & Snellman as an attorney, whereof over 25 years as a partner. I am best known as a legal advisor in energy, telecommunications and pharmacy sectors. I also act as the chairman at shareholders´ meetings of listed companies, as well as hold many other positions of trust.

Assignments

In addition to giving legal advice to selected corporate clients, I am the honorary legal advisor of the Embassy and the Commercial Office of Austria in Helsinki, the chairman of the board of the German-Nordic Lawyers´ association, and the vice chairman of the board of Aue Foundation, among others.
